Unit Policy
A local neonatal unit (Level 2) providing two ICU, four HDU and 12 special care cots.
Daily consultant ward rounds from 9.15am.
Neonatal unit grand round on Mondays from 11.00-12.30 (with full consultant team and allied health professionals e.g. dietician)
Visiting Hours
Parents and siblings welcome any time of day
All other visitors can visit from 13.00-22.00 daily but must be accompanied by one of baby’s parents.
A winter-time restriction on children visiting may be applied; this is agreed annually.
